SINTERED FERRITE

 

Sintered ferrites are made using the sintering production technique.

Ferrite magnets can be demagnetized and remagnetized without losing their magnetic properties.

They have good resistance to water and anomalous thermal behavior, in fact its coercive force tends to increase as the temperature increases up to around 180 °C, unlike all other materials where Hc constantly decreases as the temperature increases.

PLASTO FERRITE

Plasto ferrites are obtained through the molding process and the use of the injection production technique.

Thanks to this technique it is possible to obtain very complex shapes.

However, the magnetic force that these types of magnets generally exert is lower.

In fact, the magnetic energy produced varies from a min BH of 1.60 MGOe to a max BH of 2.20 MGOe
