FLEXIBLE RUBBER MAGNETS

PLASTO NDFEB FLEXIBLE

Flexible plasto neodymium is made by mixing neodymium with synthetic rubber.

The final result is a product with high tech performance and performance, flexible, easily applicable, achievable in any shape and thickness, simple to cut, does not require moulds.

given the same shape and size, it costs more than its colleague made on a ferrite base due to its neodymium component, however the magnetic performance is decidedly better than the flexible plasto ferrite.

PLASTO FERRITE FLEXIBLE

Flexible plasto ferrite is obtained by mixing ferrite powder with synthetic rubber using two production techniques: calendering or extrusion.

The final result is a product with good performance and performance, but inferior to its flexible neodymium plasto counterpart, it is easily applicable thanks to its elasticity and flexibility, it can be made in any shape and thickness, it is very simple to cut especially with small thicknesses, does not require molds.

with the same shape and size it costs less than flexible plasto neodymium, this very characteristic makes it particularly interesting as a product especially in those sectors where performance is less important and production is on a large scale.

REMEMBER...

In this section you can find some very useful information to take into consideration when using your flexible magnetic rubber products.

1) the Working Temperature must remain between -20 °C and +75 °C

2) Flexible magnetic rubber products react differently depending on the chemical composition of the products they come into contact with.

3) if you overlap two magnetic strips on each other, the magnetic force/magnetic field they generate increases, but does not double

TYPES OF MAGNETIZATION

it is possible to create different types of magnetization:

Axial

Axial bipolar

Multi-pole axial

Circular

Radial
